• 30 Useful Principles (Autumn 2023) by Gurwinder has some great ideas that can inspire you.

• Morgan Housel’s Same as Ever is a top gift for a friend or partner. It’s basically a a collection of essays/blog posts you can always return to. I also liked his previous book, The Psychology of Money.

• How to prioritize tasks when everything feels important by Zapier is a good overview of useful techniques. I just do small list of stuff to do and then tick them off one by one.

• In early November a shipping giant Maersk announced they will cut 10k jobs as the cargo boom ended. This means nothing good for the likes of Sennder and Forto in Berlin. And guess what, I heard rumours Forto was quietly laying of recently.

• E-bikes are slashing oil demand far more than electric vehicles, because “There were over 280 million electric mopeds, scooters, motorcycles, and three-wheelers on the road last year. Their sheer popularity is already cutting demand for oil by a million barrels of oil a day.”
