for helping me make this year’s survey such a great success. We ended up with 4,627 responses, which is 2.5x more than last year. This would not be possible without your support, by submitting the data and helping spread the word.
This was a year of improvements, starting with the form, data cleaning process and continuing through a complete redesign of the charts. I love this project because it gives employees a chance to get a much better sense of where they stand. Yes, it is a biased snapshot, but the dataset nevertheless tells an interesting story and adds value to the Berlin (tech) ecosystem.
In addition to the main report, you can now also actively support my work and receive more detailed reports for the roles of your interest. Each report includes carefully selected 12 negotiation tips based on my own experience and the best salary negotiation articles out there.
I still plan to release a salary calculator and market intelligence report for companies.
